Compliance Plan

Version 1.2  ·  Last updated: 23 May 2026

OneStrata is a software tool that helps your committee organise, record, and keep track of information. It does not perform the functions of an owners corporation, is not a licensed strata managing agent, and does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice. Using OneStrata does not by itself guarantee or ensure compliance with any law. Your committee remains solely responsible for meeting its obligations, and should obtain its own professional advice. References to legislation are general and current as at the date above; laws change, and you should verify your specific obligations.

How to read this plan

This plan describes how OneStrata’s features support a committee in meeting common obligations. It is not a checklist of everything your scheme must do, and it is not legal advice. Obligations vary by scheme, and the law changes over time — the 2025 NSW strata reforms are a recent example. Your committee should confirm its own obligations and seek professional advice where needed. OneStrata helps you stay organised; responsibility for compliance remains with the owners corporation and its committee.
