Do we need to be tech-savvy to use it?
No. If your committee can use email and a spreadsheet, you can run your building on OneStrata. It runs in any web browser — there's nothing to install — and owners join with a single building code.
Are you a licensed strata manager?
No — and that's the point. OneStrata is software. Your committee stays in full control of your building and its decisions; we just give you the tools to do it transparently and keep clear records. We don't act on your behalf or touch your bank accounts.
What happens when our committee changes at the AGM?
Everything stays. The incoming treasurer or secretary inherits a complete, organised record — finances, documents, history and audit trail — instead of a shoebox of receipts. Handover takes minutes, not weeks.
Is our building's money and data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in Australian data centres. Every admin action is written to an immutable audit log. OneStrata records and displays your finances — it never moves your money. Your bank stays your bank.
How does pricing work, exactly?
You pay per lot, per month — $10/lot monthly, or $8/lot billed annually. A 12-lot building is $120/month. Owners and residents are included at no extra cost. No setup fees, no per-owner charges, no lock-in. You can try it free for 7 days.
Can we leave if it's not for us?
Anytime. There are no lock-in contracts and you can export all your records on the way out. We'd rather earn your renewal each month than trap you in a contract.
Which states do you support?
OneStrata is built specifically around the NSW Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, so we're focused on New South Wales for now. Other states are on the roadmap as we grow.
